During your free 20-minute initial consultation, your specific needs will be diagnosed and assessed. This needs assessment will then form the basis of discussions in subsequent 1-hour meetings. The nature and content of these meetings will be conducted in an agile and responsive way - adapting to the discussion that emerges.

On occasion, there may be factors or extenuating circumstances beyond your control that force you to miss a meeting. If you do miss a meeting that you have paid for in advance, then you can reschedule it. You must rebook the meeting within 14 days. If you do not take up this opportunity and do not re-book within 14 days then the missed meeting will be considered as ‘spent’ and nonrefundable.

Yes - you can reschedule a meeting in advance of its arranged date/time. To do this, click the ‘Reschedule/Cancel’ button in the confirmation email that you received when you originally booked the meeting.

Yes, privacy and confidentiality are assured. Meetings are a safe space for you to discuss any issues regarding your career/professional development.

This depends on the nature and extent of your specific needs. We can try and determine this in the initial free 20-minute consultation. Meetings can be booked on an as-needed basis so you are not locked into booking and paying for more meetings than you need. Professional/career development is a crucial, if not critical activity, so do not underestimate the time needed. Experience has shown that a full consultation programme can take up to 10 meetings.

I use an online collaborative visual workspace for recording notes, visuals/diagrams and other relevant material. You will be given guest access to this for up to 3 months after a paid-for consultation.

Yes. An Elite Careers consultation programme can count as formal professional development activity. You need to pursue this with your manager. Once you have approval, your workplace can go ahead and pay for the consultation sessions using the normal Elite Careers payment process. If a work colleague is booking on your behalf, it is important they use your email address in the booking process since confirmation emails and the link to join a meeting will be sent by email - you will need access to these details.

Industry-standard trusted processing platforms are used to process payments. Credit card payments are processed using Stripe (www.stripe.com) and PayPal is also used.

Yes. If you cancel a meeting before its scheduled date/time, you will be fully refunded. If I need to cancel a meeting before its scheduled date/time, then you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed in accordance with Elite Career’s terms and conditions.

Once a scheduled meeting has occurred, that meeting time is deemed to have been validly consumed. No refunds are therefore offered once a meeting has occurred.

The Zoom video conferencing platform is used for meetings. You do not need a paid account for this. You will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting in the booking confirmation email. Please ensure that your camera and microphone are working before joining a meeting.
